The THE BAND Band - Tribute to The Band Red Bank Concert reviews
Tedeschi Trucks Band with Sharon Jones
Doyle Bramhall channeled Hendrix too much for me. Sharon Jones absolutely rocked it, had me moving, had me clapping. The THE BAND Band - Tribute to The Band, the overall band was really good. Sharon Jones, The Dap Kings, and The Dapettes were absolutely spot on. I highly recommend her show to anyone. Back up singers were on target. When Susan was allowed to perform, she rocked it. I didn't expect every song to be a guitar solo. But, not every single song needs to have an extended guitar solo. It was nice to have live music going from the get-go. When Jimmy Vaughn stepped on stage, I almost leapt for joy. I realize Trucks is a musician and a talented one. I appreciate the collaboration from all the musicians. Overall, I would catch Sharon Jones but probably skip The THE BAND Band - Tribute to The Band.
